Wee Hur provides quality, fully-equipped worker dormitories supporting foreign workers across industries. We acquire or lease land designated for dormitory use and develop large-scale, self-contained facilities with amenities such as multi-purpose recreational rooms, gymnasiums, TV rooms, canteens, minimarts, and retail shops, ensuring a comprehensive and supportive living experience for workers.
Our current operational Purpose-Build Dormitory (“PBD”) – Tuas View Dormitory, is a large-scale facility with 15,744 beds that achieved an average occupancy rate of 93% in 2024 while maintaining favorable and competitive rental rates.
Our second PBD, Pioneer Lodge, with 10,500 beds, is under construction and is expected to be partially operational by the second quarter of 2025, with full operations expected by the end of 2025.
With these developments, Wee Hur holds Singapore’s second-largest purpose-built dormitory portfolio.

Our early investment in PBSA has capitalized on Australia’s thriving higher education, fueled by strong university rankings and strong demand for high quality of student life. Since inception, our portfolio has delivered strong returns.
– Fund I includes 5,662 beds across 7 properties, anchored by two billion-dollar transactions with sovereign wealth fund GIC and institutional investor Greystar.
– Fund II comprises of a single 409 bed asset — Y Suites on Margaret in Sydney.
– Fund III comprises of a single 708 bed asset that scheduled to be completed by end-2027 — Y Suites on Frome in Adelaide.
Driven by a greenfield development strategy, we continue to grow our PBSA footprint.
