Located approximately 40 kilometres west of Brisbane, Lowood is Wee Hur’s first residential land subdivision project in Australia. Development Approval has been obtained for 358 residential lots, with the project progressing through infrastructure and civil works ahead of staged development.

Wee Hur has adopted a partnership-led approach to Lowood, bringing in an established Australian residential partner to participate in the development and progressive monetisation of the project. The structure enables Wee Hur to share development and market risk while retaining exposure to the project’s future value creation.

Y Suites on Margaret (Fund II)

Located in Sydney, Y Suites on Margaret commenced operations in 2025 and represents the first asset under Wee Hur PBSA Fund II. The property achieved strong occupancy following opening, demonstrating continued demand for well-located, professionally managed student accommodation in Australia’s major education markets.

Y Suites on Frome (Fund III)

Y Suites on Frome is Wee Hur’s next PBSA development in Australia. Located in Adelaide, the 708-bed property will expand the Group’s operational PBSA portfolio when completed.
