Located in Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, One Bedford Place is planned to be redeveloped and converted from an existing commercial property into a purpose-built student accommodation asset of approximately 500 beds, subject to the relevant approvals.
The project represents the next stage of Wee Hur’s PBSA expansion in Hong Kong and supports the Group’s strategy of building a scalable student accommodation platform across key education markets.
Starvia by Y Suites marks Wee Hur’s entry into Hong Kong’s purpose-built student accommodation market. Located at 151 King’s Road in Fortress Hill, opposite Fortress Hill MTR station, the 246-bed property offers a mix of studio and shared accommodation supported by communal amenities including study areas, lounges, a gym and resident facilities.
Operated under the Y Suites platform in partnership with Starvia Holdings, the property extends Wee Hur’s student accommodation operating capabilities beyond Australia into Hong Kong.
